Price really doesnt matter, the ones i posted just seemed reasonable, but if they dont have the things you guy have mentioned for fast loading / optimal settings; im not interested.

If I were buying a computer.. I would go with something like this.

Things to change.
1 - the case. Doesn't REALLY matter, pick the one you like. Most of them are decent enough cases. Some may have more air flow, but you're liquid cooled, so it's less of an issue.
2 - the processor. Any of them there are going to be great. You can pick the lowest one on the list and it's going to scream. You can save like $150 by choosing a lesser processor if you want.
3 - Video card - you can go up or down. I would stay Nvidia, but all of the cards here are pretty good. I would probably stay 560 or above, but even the 550's aren't bad cards.
4 - 2ndary hard drive - I picked the minimum, 500 GB 2ndary. If you store a lot of music, movies etc and don't think that's enough.. upgrade to 1-2 TB. The price just goes up.
5 - opitcal drive - do you want blu ray? If so, choose one. Do you need 2 disk drives for easier burning shit? Add a 2nd. Can't really go wrong.
6 - flash reader - I added it, it's a $10 upgrade and IMO every computer should have one built in..
You can save about $40 on a case, bu choosing a different case. You can save about $150 on processor by choosing a lesser processor. You can save about $35 by going with a little bit slower ram, but I would suggest keeping at least 8.
it has liquid cooling, a 120gb SSD primary hard drive(not top of the line, but still it's an SSD so it's going to be awesome), a very good video card(although not top of the line).
When I build computers, I tend to say, okay what is the best I can get before I start taking it in the ass for it being the latest and greatest.. and that's what I have here.

Here is it configured for $1180, with an I5 processor and Nvidia GTX 550. The 550 is more of a budget card, but still.. it's respectable.

I really know jack all about computers.I've never used SLI(or crossfire) but I think the general consensus is one good video card is better than 2 lesser cards. Also, 2 video cards are louder, more power usage and don't work as well with multiple monitors.

Had a 9800GX2... not a big fan of the dual GPU models. They just kind of take two vid cards, jam em together around a central heat sink, and slap a fan on.

- I don't know anything about the PC case Strife selected. The NZXT Phantom case in the NewEgg system is a decent case and is well reviewed ($120ish standalone if I remember correctly).
The system Strife put together is faster, but it's also ~$350 more.
The current price of an Intel 520 SSD is $150 USD on NewEgg.
The difference in price between your average name brand AMD 7770/GTX 550 Ti (~$140) and GTX 560 Ti (~$240) is $100.
This means the NewEgg system, while slower, should provide more bang for the $$. You could always get the NewEgg system and then buy an Intel 520 (or other SSD of your choosing) and a second AMD 7770 to X-fire them, if you desire, and still come out about $50 ahead. Note that two AMD 7770's X-fired will be faster than 1x 560 Ti, however, Strife's system has the option of adding a 2nd 560 Ti (+ ~$240), which would be significantly faster than 2x AMD 7770's.
If you add the SSD and the video card to the NewEgg system, you'll want to be at least mildly comfortable with handling PC internals and reinstalling Windows 7 if you want the OS to boot on your SSD, which is highly recommended. I know you're not all that comfortable handling PC parts, but it really isn't as difficult as you may think. There are plenty of resources here and elsewhere on teh interwebz to help you figure out how to do this if you choose this option.

My PC freezes about 4 times a day now, so I'm thinking it may be on it's last leg. Only downside is that it takes so long to ship to me.
If any one knows any other reputable sites that may be quicker I'm all ears, or if something has changed or been lost in that one that my computer illiterate self didn't see, I'm all ears.

The main problem with Dell is that their parts are non-standard. Their motherboards, power supplies and therefore cases are all irregular. You can't upgrade them without replacing everything.

Mostly when I recommend these to people, it's to someone that has their machine for a good 5+ years anyway.
I upgrade every 3-4 (usually), and upgrade pieces as I go along for my personal PC's.
