While I don't believe for a second you wouldn't give a friend shit if you walked in and he was watching Sex and the City or such by himself, the whole point was that the dude in the original story always questioned other guys manhoods, at which point watching a show aimed at young teenage girls - regardless of it's value outside of that - is IMO perfectly valid ammunition for shit talking.
