Twilight, from what I gather, is the "fantasy vampire romance" movie. Romance is pro-women and anti-men in a TV show or movie.
Buffy is basically like Xena, Hercules, Clash of the Titans, Conan the Barbarian, etc. It's a "fantasy action show". Being a Joss Whedon product it has good characters and often funny dialog but at its core it's about people beating up monsters or vice versa. (Buffy's one love interest throughout the show is also a vampire, but instead of his skin glowing he basically turns into a Klingon and kills people.)
So the only real common thread I see in Orsun's evaluation is that both Twilight and Buffy have women in them, and Osrun prefers shows featuring only men, especially men who are stripped naked to the waist and are sweatily grappling with each other in a cage.
