I always just set the middle button in the second row (G11) to jump and then left that as a blank spot in my MMO overlays.
I'll have to try moving that to the stick though, like Snowreap says. I didn't like it because of how hard it is to push the joystick but maybe I just needed to deal with it until it got broken in.
If you have any unused mouse buttons, you could try mapping it there too.
