Bloody Latin. It's been too long.
Anyway, I'm here seeking admittance so I can more effectively pester Snowreap in-game. (Zeel may also vouch for me, except for the whole NJ thing - in which case, perhaps I can claim I'm from MD, since that's where I grew up.)
I just started playing WoW yesterday, so I'm still learning the controls (gah! stop running into trees!) and have only made it to level 9 thus far. I chose to be a warrior (named "Missentropy"), since that seems simplest for learning the game, plus it allows me to get close and personal with the monsters while wearing proper armor (instead of those flimsy bathrobes that are always so fashionable among mages - evidently wearing base metals gives them rashes). I expect I'll probably experiment with some other classes once I get things figured out more.
I've never played PvP (unless you count Unreal Tournament), so that will admittedly be new for me. However, before WoW came along, I played Diablo 2 and Asheron's Call with Snowreap, so am familiar with the basic concepts of fighting with a group (looking out for friends) and being a tank (drawing aggro, being a meat shield).
So, here I am. Let the face-making commence!
