1: Is there a required amount of time per week for us to be raiding/doing events etc.?
2: Is your guild a friendly/helpful atmosphere? (i.e. asking a question about some quest and getting some response, even if its just an "I don't know," *we both hate being completely ignored)
3: How often are events scheduled? Once/twice a week? More?

1. nothing is mandatory, except treating the enemy as enemies (no fraternizing with destruction, although having close personal relations with their corpses may be ok, if that's your thing).

2. if somebody knows, you will usually get an answer. sometimes if nobody knows, nobody will answer. you might have to ask twice to get an actual "I don't know".

3. most of our events are unscheduled surprises (keep and fortress defenses, for example). scheduled events are scheduled as often as any of the members feel like scheduling them. currently this isn't very often. to some extent this lull is due to the holidays, but I can't say how much is that and how much is people just getting tired of the game.
