So how is that one guy the 'worlds smartest man' and able to move at super speed and whats the black ink shit over Rorschach face when he wears a holeless ski mask? lol

Well, Ozymandius did NOT move like that in the comic, that was done for "fluff" in the movie. He WAS a better fighter then the rest, for sure, he could kick all their asses without thinking, but not because he had super powers.

The comic explained where Rorschach got that mask from. It was a special material or something, blah blah. He wasn't doing the changes himself, but it was an item of importance to him, I think a sheet of some sort, which he cut to use as his mask.
