Just park one Aircraft Carrier in the region and handout laser pointers to the American crews. If you see a Pirate ship, paint it and poof!
LOL, I'm picturing a tomahawk or sea missile exploding and literally blowing their inflatable out of the water like 100ft in the air with body parts spolching down into the water like when Jaws got exploded.
