Nope but the Seals most likely wouldn't have been shot either. The Captain would have, in which case then my scenario is the same. He misses the deer, the bullet could kill someone.
And my point isn't that it wasn't a good shot (or three shots), my point is that making it sound like they ricocheted the bullet off three beer cans and parted the pirate's hair down the middle is kinda dumb. That would be a phenomenal shot.
