That site can totally be screwed with.
1. Go to website. Vote for your girl. It now shows the vote tally. Leave this window open. 2. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Settings, View Files. This will open up a window. Sort it by date. Look at the most recent files accessed and look for recibir.php. Should show it coming from website http://www.modajm.com.mx/recibir.php. This is a vote tracking file. Delete this file. Leave this window open. 3. Release your IP address from your ISP. If you use a router, this may mean you going into the router config page and disconnecting, then reconnecting. 4. Renew your IP address from your ISP. When you do this, most ISP's give you a different address. If you get the same address over and over again, you can't screw with the site. 5. Go back to your browser window where you see all the vote tally's and refresh the page. Should show you another page to vote on. Vote on it! 6. Go back to the window that opened where you deleted recibir.php. Hit F5 to refresh the view and delete this file again. 7. Repeat step 3 through 7 until you feel your gal has as comfortable a lead as she needs to win. I just gave your girl 10 votes in the last 6 minutes. There's no reason why she can't win now if she has internet access. If you have trouble with this or have questions, Skelas, call me. Bulgy

Should be very similar. Do you have the same options in IE on Vista? If so, those steps are the same.
Do you have a router or do you plug right into your DSL/cable? Bulgy
